Describe the bug

Adjusting The relative volume in a flow fails

Device info

WX-030 MusicCast device

Expected Behavior

This is optional

Actual Behavior

This is optional

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Create a flow which uses The lower volume or raise volume actions, use test button

A note: Set relative volume works fine, so I just use that instead
