Gang member skins don't always match the rest of their bodies #1

Sometimes, a member's face is of a specific skin tone, and the body, of another, making them look pretty weird. It's probably got to do with the way the torso and legs variations are saved. Suggestions on how to deal with this issue are welcome.

The latest update has changed the way members are registered: now, the head and hair data are also saved, and there no longer is an option to keep a body part as random. This makes it necessary to make multiple registrations of the same model hash in order to have variations of one ped, but avoids the inconsistency between body parts
