Translation updates

Stalled pending discussion as some of the translations are just English copies.

Also, this will need an addition in language.py to make it work with Babel.

Now waiting for the next export (the translations were fixed on-wiki).

Hm, I didn’t realize that the language isn’t supported in MediaWiki yet – which breaks the test that requires autonyms. Stalled on T345807 then, I think. (If it takes too long, I can add a special case somewhere, but let’s give that task a few more days first.)
