Currently, the tool automatically redirects you to the login page if you try to open a template and aren’t currently logged in. This can be confusing, it can cause authentication failures when users open multiple template links at once, and it makes it impossible to use the tool “passively” (e.g. edit mode could otherwise be a decent “viewer” for the forms of an existing lexeme). It would be better to handle login like in other tools of mine: if the user isn’t logged in, show them a disabled version of the form, with a “you need to log in” hint next to the disabled buttons.
