nvim : do not create swap file nvim : do not use stock shada location metadata.yaml : cannot use git log when you have a release

Thank you for reporting this. I was not happy with the total removal of the date and with the temporary shada file in the current directory so I changed that a little. Please try current develop.

Thanks, my PR was really just a guide to what I fudged! There are definitely better ways to do all of them but I was stuggling with make syntax.
