What steps will reproduce the problem?
I guess any case will reproduce it, but mine was...
1. Methane+Carbon dioxide
2. RKPR with k12=0.1 (Vcrat CO2=1.112)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A)When markin or de-marking a checkbox in the Plots Manager Tree nothing 
happens in the 3-D plot I'm viewing.
B)ups, I don't remember the other one  :)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

It's no a bug, it's a feature =D

In fact, it's and usability issue. Changing labels. 

meanwhile, you could toggle curve visibility with the coresponding checkbox in 
the context menu (right click on diagram)
