Custom plots lost scale and curve are fix no matter the scale #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plot a global phase suite of any case
2. plot isopleth or other kind of diagram
3. doing drag&drop of compatibles plots make a custom diagram with supperposed 
curve. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that curves maintain it scale, that the axis limits autoscale 
them-self,  and the zoom works as normal

partially fixed on #r147 . Show/hide curve function (contextual menu) doesn't 
work
