Killer Clown rephrasing suggestion #105

Device: Dell Precision 3560 Processor: 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz × 8 Browser: Google Chrome Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit) User type: User

Description

The text phrasing when you are about to die by Killer Clown can be construed as confusing.

Expected Behavior

The user expects that the text and phrasing of the game should be clear and concise.

Actual Behavior

The actual text phrasing can be difficult to read and understand.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

  1. Go to website
  2. Navigate through game until you reach the Killer Clown.
  3. Make the wrong choice where you die.
  4. Read the text and check for clarity and grammar.

Notes

Following is a suggestion. This could possibly be an improvement to the text.

"As the clown's head turns to face you, its mouth opens, and out comes a spout, adorned with a fake flower! A liquid comes squirting out at you! Is it water!?! NO!!! It's acid! It burns and your body rapidly disintegrates into a puddle. Bye, bye!!!"

@ProjectErostribe is our Haunted House story editor. How do you feel about the suggested rewording of the clown action response in this ticket?

@migriva @lreyes-qae Thank you for the suggestion, but I think the current phrasing is written well enough to get the point across.
