The search textbox will be disabled when the screen is in full screen mode on IE #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a text document in IE9, or IE10
2.Change to full screen mode.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The search textbox should be enabled. But it will become diabled when display 
in full screen mode on IE.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.0, on Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I assume you're using the flash viewer? The flash viewer didn't get editable 
full screen until version 11.3 or so, so if you're using a older version of 
flash then this is expected

I am using version 11.8.8
I tested in flexpaper official website and it has the same problem.
Here are the step to replicate the issue:
1.Clear browser cache.
2. Goto the devaldi.com demo site, open the viewer.
3. Open in full screen mode. (First time it is ok).
4. Click browser refresh button.
5. Open the viewer in full screen mode again.  The search box will be disabled.

Note that it only happen in IE.

Seems like this is a IE specific issue rather than a flexpaper specific issue
