[DOCS] Add the necessary GitHub scopes to be able to use this example #1470

Hello, I struggled with the implementation of this guide because the necessary GitHub scope was missing. GitHub gave me only a 404. This PR proposes to include that in the docs. Thank you Kind regards Sharknoon

I don't really see a reason to add this - email scopes etc isn't the important part
