the New Letter button in Navbar is not highlighted when on the New Letter form page #126

In order to be able to highlight the "New Letter" in Navbar, we would have to break it off from the index.html page. This can be done at a future moments, as it's not crucial and we need to focus on other more pressing issues right now.
