Hi,
You can do this. For this you need to modify socialauth android source code.
You need to add name of new Provider( i.e) email in your provider list.
in enable() method , you can call a custom method( for calling email code) by
getting the position of email list item

Open socialauth android source code available in sdk in eclipse. It's a libary
project. Do your changes and get jar file generated in bin directory. Rename it
to socialuth-android-2.0.jar and paste in libs folder of ur project.

May be it would be better to add this option to source code for everyone. I
would be glad too if socialauth would have mail option.

We have seen lot of requests for mail provider and we are taking it in our
enhancement list.
But we would able to release by end of may only.
Till then , i recommend you use custom-ui app , if you are not able to update
source code.
