GUI rewrite in C++ #25

To be honest, i used pyqt5 only really because i couldnt be bothered compiling QT on windows.... but maybe i should do things properly and port my python code over to C++. Shouldnt be too hard, right?

Looks like everything is working after 2f8548db5b142da7630b178495700acfbb3e60f3 Just need to add the icon and maybe a couple other things
