What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call setClosable() or setMinimizable() on a created frame
2. The topbar is still showing the icons
3. If you do the same with setMaximizable(), it will work ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
To fix it, add the following call to the two methods which are not working
        topBar.updateTopBar();
