incorrect buttons displayed on restore #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. reduce a window
2. restore() it (i guess)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should see the normal button.Instead, i only see the maximize button as
if the window has never been restored

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6, Vista
