removeFrame method issue #56

The removeFrame method for the default desktop leaves a ghost on the
desktop that collects and sinks all of the mouseevents. on my gwt
development browser it rolls up and disappears. on the internet
explorer it fails to close and the desktop  becomes unusable.

The addFrame is exactly the same as in your "getting started" examples.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be.
