Noise-Repellent won't work in Audacity #40

Not even with the adaptive noise estimation. It fails to apply the effect.

This is not possible with current Audacity's effects architecture unluckily but there is a chance to implement Noise repellent directly as a built in effect or to modify current noise reduction tool
