Getting binaries from travis and appveyor #67

This branch leaves behind installation scripts to distribute binaries directly. Provided binaries include amd64 linux, arm64 linux, osx 11.3, windows 32 and 64 bits (using cygwin). I've have no means to try either osx or windows binaries so that's up to the community.
