Better output through screen readers and braille on supported platforms

This pr is to gather feedback and suggestions about the new way lucia 2.0 will provide output methods on separate platforms.

• [x] Provides a generic interface in lucia.output.generic
• [x] Provides implementation and platform selection in lucia.output.init.
• [x] NVDA/Jaws support through Tolk.
• [ ] Voiceover support through appkit
• [ ] Espeak (linux) support through python-espeak
• [x] Documentation updated
• [x] Test cases

I suggest cytolk for nvda and jaws output.

hi @mazen428 Cytolk is already what's being used on the windows side.

Now we just need someone to test this on MacOS and we should be all good to merge this!
