Description

Add more OS in the ISSUE_TEMPLATE: This includes ChromeOS, iOS, and Android to ensure the report is concise as possible.

This is supposed to be one PR with #2100, but I edit this on GitHub, not on VS Code. I have trouble installing pnpm because I wasn't the admin of my PC.
