Add colour settings for info and success labels #123

@galenking Do we need a setting for this for will bootstraps variables suffice?

@stewartknapman, I think SASS variables should be fine for now since these labels aren't used much. I'll close unless @darryn thinks otherwise—in which case, please re-open issue.

I'm happy with SASS variables.
