Use Grunt plugin to manage theme settings. #186

After chatting with you guys a little while ago, I wrote a Grunt plugin to automatically generate settings.html from a set of YAML files. I've been using it on a few client sites and have found it to be pretty handy.

Would this be something you'd be interested in using with Bootstrapify? Happy to work up a pull request for you to have a look at if you think it might be useful.

Whoa! I just had a proper read of everything, that is pretty awesome.

I don't know what @galenking and @darryn think. I'll discuss it with them on Monday and let you know.

Cool, no worries. I just pushed a much more detailed README that outlines all of the features and options as well.

Hey @gavinballard, yea we've been talking about it and we think it would be great. I see you have a converter now which looks awesome.

We just don't have the time to do it at the moment but if you're still happy to do that PR we'll do what we need to at our end.
