Added recommended and minimum requirements to the top of README.md
- Resolves Issue #86
Added a visual installation process for users on windows below the 'Install' section of README.md
- Resolves Issue #89
Added a visual representation on how to run the program for windows below the 'Examples' section of README.md
Added File directory for the instruction images to be stored. They will currently be under ./instruction_images/Windows
