RuntimeError: CUDA error: CUBLAS_STATUS_ALLOC_FAILED when calling `cublasCreate(handle) #199

Cuda shows as installed and available by torch. Imagine runs ok until I pass any parameters (ubuntu wsl2).

Appears to be a parameter issue I've worked out...
