added editorconfig for piezo admin

Added the following features to Piezo admin:

Should allow something like: curl -X POST <hostname>/data/jobs -H 'Content-Type:application/json' -d '<json>'
Allow for file-upload in Admin, but needs a page-refresh after the import to see the imported jobs.
