Remove support for ancient Hive 0.13 #47

Prior to this commit, hive-solr maintained a separate source branch for supporting Hive 0.13. This made sense at the time, but is less worth it now, since Hive is 0.13 is over 4 years old and 2 major versions behind.

This commit removes remaining support for Hive 0.13.
