One particular idea is to replace "numerical zeros" (i.e. negligible small
values) in tables by exact zeros, when zeroing-out can be proved analytically.
This can be considered as nit-picking, but it makes different test and
benchmarks using these tables much easier. For instance, it could help during
testing of new option '-int igt_so'.
