Reformulate orientation averaging so that only one incident polarization
per orientation is simulated.

This may be potentially possible only for full integration over alpha. Then the 
problem is similar to integration of Mueller matrix over the azimuthal angle. 
But even then it doesn't seem possible to get everything from a single incident 
polarization (for non-spherical particles).
