Feature: Menu Navigation via Keyboard #141

Nice to have a way to navigate all menus and options with only the keyboard. Would help with accessibly too. My preference would be arrow keys, tab, enter (click), space (toggle), and escape (back out).

Possibly with a few common combos like Ctrl/CMD + W closing in-game dialog windows, if that's not too much trouble.

I would like to support controller navigation as well.
