[Bug] aspect ratio is not corrected when switching between windowed and fullscreen #202

Pressing Alt-Enter to toggle between 4:3 windowed and wide fullscreen leaves the whole game with incorrect aspect ratio.

I just noticed that the ratio is corrected automatically once the configuration menu is accessed. Also, If you do Alt-Enter while the Config menu is open, the level rendering in the background is also immediately updated to the new aspect ratio.
