Fixup path expectations for Linux #343

Fix up some paths to make Captions, Soundfonts and Manual/Credits work again on Linux when not running from the build directory.

fixes #309

@mlauss2 Thanks! FYI I'm setting up a Fedora dev environment so I (hopefully) don't need to keep relying on you to find issues with the file handling in my code.
