Allow more than one character as `conceal.symbol` #3

For nerd-fonts, many terminals need one more space to show enough size, otherwise, the icon will be tiny and ugly.

I know, I also want that feature but it's an upstream issue: https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/15353
