Feature request: Per-server tokens #90

Add the ability to add multiple tokens to the proxy, specify different token to a specific server. For example, I have the proxy, and some servers underneath that proxy. My friend join the network with his server, and I want to give him a different token, so he can't join the other servers by making a bungeecord and use that token, but he has full access to his server.
