Feature: Spark Geyser extension #463

Hey! This PR aims to add support for the Geyser-Standalone platform through a Geyser extension. Geyser-Standalone is currently used by ~600 users, with quite a few of those being servers on the larger side. Some of those have already used an early build of this PR to help debug issues relating to performance or memory usage! Hence, we think having an official build would be awesome.
