feat: added basic configuration to run Kubeinvaders on Minikube #70

Great Project!

From the issues, it seemed like some people were having trouble setting up Kubeinvaders on Kind/Minikube.

I've created a Makefile to provide as a reference for those who want to play with Kubeinvaders on Minikube. The Makefile includes the cluster creation phase and the setup of the necessary resources to make everything work. If you like the idea, I can do the same thing with Kind!

thank you 1000 for your contribution! I'm trying to create a small community behind kubeinvaders so I'm always happy to find your issues or PR.

I am also planning some more 'enterprise' features to add.

I have merged your PR. I would like to ask you if you could also add a reference in the main README.md so as to alert users about what you have done.
