Background

클라이언트에서 샵에 대한 정보 수정을 요청 한 경우, 수정 등록이 되어야한다.

Acceptance Criteria

단건 API 이다. shop_temp 테이블에 등록되어야 한다.

관리자 수정과 유저 수정이 달라야 하는지, 수정의 범위가 어디까진지 설정되지 않았음.
