Sys_error("export/release/android/obj/Options.txt: Permission denied") while compiling #1715

I get a Sys_error("export/release/android/obj/Options.txt: Permission denied") error and then it just stops fuckin compiling, can anyone help me?

I have done all of the steps, retry after retry, but it always ends in error.
