'arm-linux-androideabi-g++' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Error: Could not create PCH #1925

When i'm trying to compile i get this error: 'arm-linux-androideabi-g++' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Error: Could not create PCH. Pls help

u downloaded wrong version this is the one u want: https://github.com/android/ndk/wiki/Unsupported-Downloads#r15c (r15c BTW)

Make sure the file name is in English
