The blank? and present? method logic is used a couple times in the codebase and is from Avram
The gen.resource.browser task is going to be moved. Since it uses the route inferrer, it has to be moved into the src directory which creates the weird require
Probably not exactly "clean", but I moved the submit html helper over to FormHelpers to bring it back out of lucky_avram since it doesn't require avram
