This is a very rough draft. I haven't gone through it to check all the code samples. I'd love some help going through it and making sure it is clear and the code smaples are correct :D

I think you'll want to make this file have a html.md.erb extension, otherwise it will show up as plain text, or raw, escaped markdown.
