Add RAML topics #1

Hi,

I'd like to have you guys and this project being linked from our, soon, new projects page on raml.org. There will be a section that links directly to Github topics. Could you add the following two topics, please: "raml-test" and "raml-utilities"

@sichvoge wouldn't it be better if these topics were directly added to API-Flow instead ?

That's true for "raml-utilities", but the "raml-test" part should be related to Paw right? I'd really like people to find that and ultimately lead to Paw as a tool for testing their APIs.
