permissions issue on one of the manual dbn creation files #27

changing permissions for dbn_extensions.conf preventing others from using it vie the auto script

created reset permissions script and show permissions script to assist with tshooting this

checking on int, non-int, and wizard modes

[x] fix-name
[x] new-dbn-directory
[x] new vm pin
[x] csv import
[ ] push voicemail.conf
[ ] push extensions.conf

will need to watch the last 2, i cant reproduce right now but i know the permissions changed on vm.conf and ex.conf at some point during all the changes i made today
