Im looking for developer to make me a IOS E-Commerce app. Can you customize this app? We can make payment arrangement.

Thanks for getting back to me. I want to start as soon as possible. I do have a wireframe ill sketch it up better and send it to you. For now I just want it to be functional. Doesn't have to look super fancy.I want to test out the market before I spend a lot of money on it. Shoot me a number we can discuss more about the budget. I want something similar to the app GOAT but it doesnt have to be in that scale. Thank You.
