Train on density data (high importance)

• training on saturation pressures (done)
• training on liquid densities (not done)

Potential problem: ForwardDiff being silly when it comes to differentiating something made up of higher-order forwarddiff derivatives weirdly? Will need to make minimum working example & ask about it on discourse
