reorder sections to reflect better flow of topics #6

project 1a: shapes-oo-scala (case classes) - 3.5 and 4.2/4.3 with elements of 4.1
project 2a: topwords-imperative (traits, observer) - consider new section with elements of 3.2
project 2a: topwords-functional (scanLeft) - needs elements of 4.1
perhaps group around key elements of the Scala object model:

consider changing to 15 weekly chapters to make more navigable and repeatable even for the instructor
