Fixed in version 1.3.1 with the new "Culling disabled" setting in 
OpenC1Settings.txt. If you experience this problem, set Culling disabled to 
true.

I always got the partial cars and a strange whitish background even with the 
new 2 options for ATI = true.

I also still have the whitish background and see-thru cars with both ATI

Sorry, more information would probably be useful.

I have an HD3870 X2 with version 10.12 of the Catalyst drivers. I might try 
updating my drivers soon.
