I have been getting this error message until I installed XNA. You can find url

Make sure you install all the pre-requisites found in the readme.txt file. It
won't run without them, hence: "pre-requisites".
You don't need an nVidia card for PhysX to work - it just runs in software
emulation mode without it (slower). I'm running it fine with my ATI card and
AMD CPU, for example.

Can you use Xna 4.0 or SharpDX with Visual Studio 2012 for a better
compatibility with recent computers ?
I have too Windows 7 64bit.

With last update over a year ago (march '12) do you really expect them to fix
this? I am un-starring the issue.
