Make it clearer that it find users who also used Twitodon #3

Great tool!

But I think it fails at informing users that it only finds people who previously used Twitodon too. It can give the impression that not many people are on Mastodon while it is just that they haven’t used Twitodon (yet). (for instance, I have 3110 followings on Twitter, many of which I know are also on Mastodon, but Twitodon found 0)

This is a quick fix for example, but it can be formulated in different ways and places.

Hi, thank you for the contribution! I've added an extra commit with a bit more verbose wording above the login steps and slightly re-worded your suggested text but left most of your change intact. Could you check to see if the way I've worded the paragraph above the login steps and my amendment to your suggested text on the matching users step make sense? (As a programmer I find explaining things, succinctly, quite hard)
