removing Google Plus share stuff lol

I had a sec to do a PR for this - I think this covers getting rid of these:

Is the Google+ link only in _includes ? I thought it was also part of of the _layouts/home.html because of Jekyll's weirdness. To fully test this PR, we should:

1. delete the _site/ folder
2. run the rake dev folder
3. Ensure that the google+ links are deleted.

Can you confirm this got tested before I merge?

sorry @b-meson , I haven't found time to do that yet - I might be able to get to it tomorrow, else if someone wants to clone this branch and run the check before then, go 4 it.
