[dev-rewrite natsuki] does not ping members when commands are run

the dev-rewrite version of natsuki does not ping the user when a command is run.

Let's give an example with the hug command, when you don't use an argument it will just assume it's you and will ping you, however if you do something like: n_hug @fatman then it should ping, if you just do n_hug fatman it will obviously not ping them since we're just taking the string given to us and saying it back to us, by any chance could you provide more detail? It's hard to test since i'm on holiday and i'm amazingly locked out of my regular acc due to 2fa issues, for the time being i'm using an ALT.

yea alright, it takes the original string provided, and when writing without the ping, it does not add the ping, works for me, I will close this out. sorry about your acct, I doubt they will give it back sadly @Cheezy096

Umm, i'll explain the situation as it is with my acc: I'm on holiday The phone i used for 2fa is dedded Backup codes are on my pc at home which is turned off I'm having to use my alt for the time being. Ehh, great week for me anyway
